Ketua Biro tapak semaian, Abdul Rahman Sulong berkata, seramai 22 ahli dari pertubuhan ini memainkan peranan menyemai dan menanam anak pokok bakau bagi memulihara kawasan terbiar di pulau tersebut. “Pokok bakau yang ditanam dari jenis bakau minyak dan kurap untuk tiga tahun sehingga 2023,” katanya kepada Utusan Malaysia di Tapak Semaian Pokok Bakau, Pulau Tanjung Surat.
