The offences which saw 203 people arrested yesterday included the failure to wear face masks in public.

Senior Minister for Security Ismail Sabri Yaakob said in a statement today that 44 were remanded and 159 issued compounds. A total of 4,511 compliance task force teams involving 16,070 personnel conducted checks at 3,900 supermarkets, 5,452 restaurants, 1,704 hawker stalls, 1,639 factories, 3,703 banks and 903 government offices.
