GOMBAK: Dua NGO dipimpin aktivis sosial, Chandra Muzaffar akan menulis kepada Perdana Menteri Dr Mahathir Mohamad kerana tidak berpuas hati dengan perbicaraan bunuh 3 warga Rusia dan seorang warga Ukraine yang disyaki menembak jatuh pesawat Malaysia Airlines MH17 di ruang udara Ukraine 5 tahun lalu.
“Kebimbangan kami ialah proses kehakiman yang dimulakan oleh kerajaan Belanda dan Pasukan Siasatan Bersama mengenai MH17,” katanya selepas persidangan itu. Chandra tidak memperincikan kecacatan-kecacatan dalam siasatan yang didakwa itu. Beliau berkata ia termasuk “persoalan-persoalan yang tidak terjawab” seperti kenapa Malaysia pada awalnya dikecualikan daripada JIT tetapi kemudian dibawa masuk; persoalan mengenai perubahan rancangan penerbangan MH17 yang dibuat pada saat-saat akhir; dan data daripada sumber-sumber lain yang tidak dipertimbangkan oleh JIT.
Pihak berkuasa Belanda pada Jun berkata pertuduhan bunuh difailkan terhadap Igor Girkin, Serget Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov , dan Leonid Kharchenko .
