SHAH ALAM: Selangor police have arrested 16 people, including two bank officers, after busting a syndicate selling automated teller machine cards to be used as mule accounts in scams.Selangor police chief Hussein Omar Khan said the suspects, aged between 20 and 30, comprised 15 Malaysians, including three women, and a foreign woman.
