Aduan itu dikemukakan oleh ahli Umno Bahagian Kuala Nerus, Muhammad Aizat Fikri Mohd Nasir dan ahli Umno Seremban, Muhammad Fiqri Firdaus Muhammad Rom, yang berharap RoS dapat menentukan sekiranya terdapat pertikaian terhadap usul tambahan yang dibawa pada PAU 2022, Sabtu lalu. Menurutnya, usul tambahan tersebut telah diperkenalkan semasa ucapan pencadang usul Ucapan Dasar Presiden pada hari persidangan dilihat sebagai lihat melanggar Perkara 10 Peraturan Persidangan yang menyatakan bahawa apa-apa usul perlulah disampaikan dalam tempoh tertentu.
“Salah satu rasional kenapa kita bawa perkara ini kepada badan kawal selia adalah untuk memeriksa jika ada pertikaian terhadap usul yang dibawa di PAU 2022, baru-baru ini,” katanya.
