Sarawak Education, Science and Technological Research Minister Michael Manyin launches the 54th Principal Education Management Conference in Kuching today.
Manyin said 2,687 primary schools teachers have been selected for the programme starting next January. Manyin said teachers were not trained when the Dual Language Programme was introduced by the government a few years ago. As a result, more than 50% of the teachers were using Bahasa Malaysia to teach Science and Mathematics.
