KUALA LUMPUR: Pihak pendakwaan dalam perbicaraan kes penyelewengan dana 1Malaysia Development Berhad hari ini memohon agar Mahkamah Tinggi di sini menerima masuk beberapa rakaman audio termasuk perbualan di antara bekas Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak dengan seseorang yang dipanggil ‘Yang Mulia’ .
Semalam, pihak pendakwaan memainkan dua rakaman audio perbualan antara dua lelaki yang mana saksi pendakwaan ke-42, bekas Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaharaan, Tan Sri Mohd. Irwan Serigar Abdullah menyatakan salah seorang daripadanya ‘kedengaran seperti Najib’. Terdahulu ketika berhujah, Sri Ram berkata, pihaknya memohon untuk memasukkan rakaman-rakaman tersebut sebagai bukti berdasarkan peruntukan Seksyen 41A Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009 yang membenarkan setiap dokumen atau salinannya yang diterima oleh Suruhanjaya, untuk diterima dalam mana-mana prosiding.
