The 51-year-old lorry driver and his three sons, in their 20's, claimed trial to all the charges before Judge Nariman Badruddin at the Ayer Keroh Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday .
The father was charged under Section 376 of the Penal Code for rape, Section 324 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt and Section 14 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017.
