You don’t have to be a K-pop fan to know that Blackpink is 1 one of the biggest musical acts to come out of South Korea in recent history and has been dubbed the “biggest girl group in the world” by various publications worldwide.
With that in mind, social media users in Thailand recently went into overdrive when a Doppelganger of 1 of Blackpink members, Lisa, was spotted selling fried chicken at the Wat Asokaram market in Samut Prakan province in the Kingdom.
1 of @kingstreetfood5‘s videos on the Lisa Doppelganger went viral in Malaysia too after being reposted by X user @anthraxxx781 on the platform. Following the videos of the Lisa Doppelganger going viral, the Thai-publication Bangkok Post went to the market in Samut Prakan to find out more about the fried chicken seller.
It was revealed that the girl, a 17-year-old known as Yeehwa, was only helping out her mother at the market during school breaks. @kingstreetfood5ช่วยแม่ขายไก่ทอด ดังไม่รู้เรื่อง ตลาดนัดวัดไผ่เงิน♬ เสียงต้นฉบับ – KiNG Street Food All Sell Yeehwa was shy and a little embarrassed by the attention but revealed to the Bangkok Post that she was interested in the entertainment field and took part in some activities in school.
