Timbalan Menteri Pembangunan Luar Bandar, Abdul Rahman Mohamad beramah mesra dengan Orang Asli yang membuat saringan kesihatan sebelum menerima vaksin di pusat penerimaan vaksin di Kuala Betis, Jeli hari ini.
Timbalan Menteri Pembangunan Luar Bandar, Abdul Rahman Mohamad berkata, seramai 38,000 lagi Orang Asli sudah mendaftar sebagai penerima vaksin Covid-19 dan menunggu tarikh suntikan. Program itu dianjurkan Kementerian Pembangunan Luar Bandar menerusi agensi di bawahnya, Lembaga Kemajuan Kelantan Selatan , Majlis Amanah Rakyat menerusi anak syarikatnya, MARA Liner Sdn Bhd, Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli serta Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Gua Musang.
Sementara itu, Penghulu Pos Blau, Salleh Angah mengakui pada peringkat awal pengenalan vaksin, tidak ramai Orang Asli bersetuju menerimanya kerana diselubungi perasaan takut.
