Seramai 140 ketua Bahagian Umno sepakat mahu pimpinan memperkukuh parti daripada pelbagai peringkat untuk berdepan enam PRN yang dijangka diadakan tahun ini. – Gambar Facebook, 12 Januari, 2023.

Mewakili kumpulan itu, Ketua Umno Bahagian Wangsa Maju Mohd Shafie Abdullah berkata ketua-ketua bahagian itu turut bersepakat jawatan timbalan presiden juga tidak dipertandingkan. “Seramai 126 Ketua Umno Bahagian hadir malam ini meskipun ada lagi 14 tidak hadir kerana menghadiri Perhimpunan Agung UUmno 2022 , tetapi semua sepakat jawatan-jawatan tidak dipertandingkan.

PRN Selangor akan menjadi penanda aras sokongan semua ahli UMNO kpd presiden. Jika “Status Quo” dikekalkan UMNO akan jadi pasukan “sorak” terbesar bagi memastikan kemenangan parti gabungan ini.
