KUALA LUMPUR: Thirteen foreigners have been detained in raids on scam call centres operating out of units in a luxury condominium at Jalan Ceylon here. Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Noor Dellhan Yahaya said the raids, conducted at about 8pm on Tuesday , saw 11 men and two women aged 23 to 38 arrested."The syndicate was targeting victims from England and China," he said in a statement on Wednesday ."None of them have criminal records and they have all been remanded until Friday ," he added.

ACP Noor Dellhan urged anyone with information on criminal activity to contact the Dang Wangi district police headquarters at 03-26002222 or any nearest police station.
