Immigration raids result in arrest of 94 Indonesians, eight Myanmar nationals, and four each from Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Immigration director-general Khairul Dzaimee Daud said the raids were carried out in four series of operations starting Aug 13, with Indonesians making up the highest number of detainees , followed by Myanmar nationals , Bangladeshis and Pakistanis . He said among the challenges faced during the operation were the large sizes of the estates and the presence of dogs.
