Aktiviti di luar rumah seperti bersenam atau berjoging dilarang sama sekali di bawah PKP.

Majistret Muhammad Aizat Abdul Rahim menjatuhkan hukuman itu selepas semua tertuduh mengaku bersalah di bawah Peraturan 7 Peraturan-peraturan Pencegahan dan Pengawalan Penyakit Berjangkit . Sebelas lelaki itu terdiri daripada warga Jepun Tanakatoshihiko, Koichi Itano, Mitsuhiru Takayanagi, Taichi Okubo; rakyat Korea Woo Yum Sik, Lee Jong Young, Kwang Suk Lee; warga Britain Jamie Bubb Sacklyn; warga India Vikram Belliappa serta rakyat tempatan Ramani Sivarama Krishnan serta Au Yong Vooi Loon.Ketua Polis Kuala Lumpur, Mazlan Lazim dilaporkan berkata, 11 lelaki itu ditahan minggu lalu ketika berjoging di sekitar Jalan Mont Kiara dan Jalan Desa Kiara ketika pelaksanaan PKP.
