Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said the Cabinet had agreed on Oct 29 to set up the committee.
"Former appellate court judge Datuk Kamardin Hashim, Penang Medical College Senior Consultant Forensic Pathologist Datuk Dr Bhupinder Singh, Universiti Malaya Medical Faculty Professor and UMMC Senior Consultant Histopathologist Prof Dr Looi Lai Meng would also be on the committee. He added that the Prime Minister's Department Legal Affairs Division would be the joint secretariat together with the Home Ministry and Housing and Local Government Ministry for the special committee.
