"Kita melaksanakan operasi ini selepas mendapat aduan daripada penduduk setempat yang merasa gelisah dengan kehadiran warga asing menjalankan perniagaan di kawasan mereka. "Sebahagian besar pekerja asing menjalankan perniagaan runcit dan membaiki peralatan elektrik. Beberapa restoran turut dikesan mengaji pekerja asing, khasnya dari Bangladesh dan Pakistan tanpa permit", katanya ketika mengetuai operasi bersama pelbagai agensi di sekitar kawasan Pasir Gudang.
