JOHOR BAHRU: Ten people from two families, were detained for their suspected participation in a riot at the Kempas People’s Housing Project here.Initial investigations found the brawl had erupted over some domestic dispute. “Last Wednesday, police received a report from the public at 6.45pm on a fight involving a group of residents.“All the individuals were also slapped with compound fines for violating the movement control order under Regulations 16 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Disease Act 2020,” she said in a statement today.Recently, a video and photographs of the clash went viral on social media.
