1.09 million eligible to vote in Sabah polls

A total of 1.09 million Sabahans are eligible to vote in Saturday’s polls, and the EC has urged all voters to cast their ballots. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, September 24, 2020.

A TOTAL of 1,088,711 voters are eligible to vote in the 16th Sabah election on Saturday, with 14,935 having voted by post, the Election Commission said today. It secretary Ikmalrudin Ishak said voters who had received the voter card or have the voting details can go straight to the polling streams without having to stop at the EC booth to check the information.
