A family-run pharmacy has been left with extensive damage in the run-up to Christmas after a truck crashed into its front window earlier this morning.
A garda spokesperson confirmed: "A truck collided with a traffic island and then collided with a parked vehicle and caused extensive damage to a building on Market Square." Mr Johnson said: "There's a gaping hole with a truck. My dispensary is running, I've a side door at the back for anyone who needs anything."Engineering experts are .the damage caused and are ensuring that the property, a standalone building in Market Square in Charlestown, is safe.
