The Script has announced two new band members following "the toughest year of their lives" after the death of guitarist Mark Sheehan last year.
Frontman Danny and drummer Glen Power revealed they would now be transitioning to a four-piece band with the introduction of two new members. The statement, which was shared on social media, reads: "It’s been over a year since we lost our brother Mark, and it has been the toughest year of our lives. "The Script, as a three-piece, will never be the same, so transitioning to a four-piece feels like the right way to go. It is a sign of respect to leave the past as it was and not attempt to replicate it, as we simply never will.
