Do they've any idea what kind of work and money is involved in creating and customising a ticket system for a venue? Not something that can be done in the time they announced to Monday. Gov brought clubs back to life only to shoot them in the head

I've been supportive of all the efforts to whip this. Not this. The contact info to be collected by tickets is on the digital Covid certs. People will have to show them to get in. With a QR code for an easy scan. But if someone buys several tickets, you have only details on him.
Excellent. The 98% who dont do nightclubs are worried with due cause..
The reason being that they’ll not be able to pack enough people into the nightclubs.There’s nothing unworkable or impossible if you want to do it.

Is it that hard to develop a ticketing system? Even GAA club games from Junior B to Senior have online ticket sales systems in place now?
Everything is possible if they want them to work. Simple solution you don't follow the guidelines you shut the place.
After 600 days to prepare.... they make new rules up as they go along! Reminds me of childhood days when you didn't know the rules of Monopoly game or the likes and you and your siblings made your own rules up as you went along! Never ended good either I might add
Its almost as if the people we pay incredible amounts of money, haven't got a clue on how to do anything.
