Willie Mullins' odds for the UK's Champion Jumps Trainer title have been almost halved following support from punters.
The Closutton maestro fielded nine winners at last month’s Cheltenham Festival, including the Champion Hurdle with State Man and Gold Cup with Galopin Des Champs, as he closes in on the £2million mark in prize money from just 97 runners in the UK this season.
Irish Grand National third Minella Cocooner, who carried top weight, and Nick Rockett who went off favourite for the race both appear in the ten strong entries from the stable in the Scottish Grand National, while Mullins has entered thirteen horses in Sandown’s Gold Cup, with Stattler, Adamantly Chosen and We’llhavewan featuring.
