The move is typical of a petulant government which is feeling under pressure, and will use whatever tools it has available to communicate its annoyance to other governments.

LCreighton Have written about it for many years. Eventually there will be a National Intelligence Director, a civilian Intelligence agency, a national Intelligence fusion Centre. Its just a matter of waiting for the disaster and the 'lessons must be learnt' period before anything is done.
