Kerry Katona Opens Up About Struggles with Anxiety

Kerry Katona has candidly opened up about her struggles with anxiety, admitting she feels she is a "burden" to fiancé Ryan Mahony and her five children. The former Atomic Kitten singer has been suffering from panic attacks recently, describing them as intense and crippling. Kerry can't explain why she feels that way, which can make her feel even worse when dealing with an attack.

"I don't know what has triggered it. I kept trying to ignore it, but then on Mother's Day night it came to a head and I just broke down in tears.
