It's Mueller Time - US AG receives Russia probe

For days there had been speculation that the final Mueller Report would be submitted on Friday evening. In recent weeks, similar media reports had been wrong but on this occasion it really was 'Mueller Time'.

On 17 May 2017, Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed to investigate possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Last September, another member of the Trump team appeared in court. Former campaign advisor George Papadopoulos was sentenced to 14 days in jail for lying to the FBI. He also admitted lying about a Trump property deal in Russia. Michael Cohen testified before Congress last month accusing his former boss of being a "racist, a conman and a cheat".
