Ann Langton, Stacey’s mother wants the lad to be recognised for saving her families lives

A brave 17-year-old has been lauded for his bravery after saving the lives of a mother and daughter who got into trouble in water in Co. Carlow.

Ann said that her grand-daughter had been hanging around the banks of the river when she “lost her footing” and fell into the water."Her mother was standing at the bank and saw her go in."The two smaller ones were standing at the bank screaming for help for their mammy.
