The rules for what you can and can't do in Ireland as lockdown changes happen

More people will be able to gather with friends and loved ones as lockdown measures are further eased across Ireland in June.On June 7, outdoor services in bars and restaurants will reopen along with cinemas and theatres.On the same date, up to 200 people can attend outdoor events in venues with a minimum capacity of 5000, and up to 100 can attend other outdoor events.

Clothes have returned to Tesco’s and Dunnes Stores' shelves while Aldi and Lidl can restock their middle shelves. In line with Government Regulations, it is mandatory for colleagues and customers and to wear a face-covering in Tesco stores.The store said where possible and in order to help with social distancing, they are encouraging all customers to try and reduce the number of family members they bring with them into stores.

A Lidl spokesperson said the supermarket has put a slew of measures – including perspex till guards, face masks and queue management systems – in place to protect customers' safety.
