Foreign travel has been confirmed by the Government in their plans for summer re-opening and it looks like Irish people might be able to holiday abroad as early as July 19.
National authorities are in charge of issuing the certificates, meaning Irish people will be able to get a Digital Green Certificate from the HSE, a Covid-19 testing centre or their local GP. It will come with a QR code that can be scanned on entry to another country, and they can see whether that person has been vaccinated, is Covid-negative or has already had the virus.
