Irish man proving he can eat McDonald's every day and still lose weight

An Irish online coach and personal trainer is taking to TikTok in a bid to demolish the fear some people have about consuming so-called “bad food”.

However, the PT continues to stress in his videos that you shouldn't actually eat McDonald's every day, but rather he’s doing it to make a point about people’s belief of rules in weight loss. Explaining the challenge in one of his Tik Tok videos he says; “So next week I’m taking on a challenge. “Now every meal isn't going to be McDonald's, but I'll be having one item from the menu every single day.
