Fabian Hurzeler,Statement Of Intent

The 31-year-old has joined the Seagulls after leading St Pauli into the Bundesliga last season.

FABIAN HURZELER SAID he wants to “achieve big things and challenge the establishment” as Brighton manager.

“I’m aware this is a huge job. It’s a big challenge and I think I need a lot of courage and ability so I need to stay humble,” said Hurzeler, during his first press conference at the club. De Zerbi took charge at the Amex Stadium in September 2022 and led Brighton to their highest ever top-flight finish when they came sixth in 2022/23.
