Coronation Street residents have made changes to places on the cobbles, and to their lives, amid the Covid-19 pandemic

Coronation Street fans spotted several references to the coronavirus pandemic in the latest episode of the ITV soap.

The Rovers Return pub is currently only serving takeaway food, while staff are wearing minor PPE and only accepting card payments. As well as regular mentions of the virus and reminders to follow the rules, there was also the use of face coverings with Sarah Platt wearing a mask at the hospital - while some fans believed she was wearing it wrong.

Fans were quick to notice the additions to the street, as Sally Metcalfe was quick to accuse one character of breaking the rules.
