Four-month-old baby 'knocked unconscious' during pub fight involving 70-year-old man

The tot was taken to hospital after reports of 'violence' between two men at The Colebrook Inn in Plymouth in the UK on Sunday.

Devon and Cornwall Police is investigating the assault of a man in his 70s, although it had no safeguarding concerns for the child. "The baby was taken to hospital where it received treatment for a minor head injury before being discharged." The baby was taken to Derriford Hospital by South Western Ambulance Service, where it received treatment for a "minor head injury" and they have now been discharged.
