Man who attended Cheltenham Festival opens up on 'relentless' symptoms of Covid-19

A man who attended the Cheltenham Festival has opened up on the 'relentless' symptoms of coronavirus.Posting on Twitter on Tuesday morning, he said: "Woke up drenched in sweat for the second time this morning, bed sheets may as well live inside the washing machine these days.

"As I stripped off I hopped on the scales, I've lost 17lbs in 9 days. 91.3kg - 84kg. Dehydration playing a huge part. Hoping for a friendly day."The Englishman posted on Monday: "Last night was the scariest night of my life as fever raged in my head and nausea flooded my brain forcing me into violent coughs and shakes that lead me to fits of tears."This virus means war people, it's absolutely relentless and shows no mercy.

His quarantine is so strict that he was warned not to go to work to collect work equipment and machinery to bring to his home.
