Some days I feel so sad and angry, and others days I'm like, 'Do you know what? Charlie wouldn't want me feeling like this,' so I get up and out and head out with Tiger.

"I kind of thought sometimes he was a bit of hypochondriac so I didn't 100 per cent really believe there was anything serious going on," she told Sunday with Miriam on RTE Radio 1."You need to listen to your own body and you need to listen to someone when they say, 'I'm not feeling 100 per cent'. It kind of kicked off from there.

"When I met Charlie we both had similar interests. We both loved the outdoor life. Charlie was such a great craic. He was always the life and soul. He loved being out in nature, having pints, we went on great holidays. We had a great life."
