Woman killed in head-on crash in North Vancouver remembered as 'kind, principled'

Agulay was a member of Migrante BC, a community organization that works to protect the rights of Filipino immigrants and migrant workers.

Employees of Neptune Terminal are being permitted access by police at the scene.
