What is wrong with all govts? As early as few weeks ago pandemic was recognized and China was fighting it big time. Why were these cruises and other mass travel, not stopped. Well we see what happens when govt, cruise operators and passengers are idiots.
I am anticipating that future cruiselines will need to have quarantining capacity available - on board and at docks - so they can manage contagion more effectively.
