This will be abused by those that are closed minded, stop those that disagree, criticism, question their comments & stop further debate controlling others from replying. Happened already, lively debate/disagreements, than other party made reply, than blocked further reply!

Hahaha 'Users can select from three sets of people - everyone, only people they follow and only people they mention in the tweet.' So i predict an angry group because one of the options isn't 'only people who follow you' Ah hahaha
