Traffic was slowed Tuesday morning as Cape Breton Regional Police had part of Kings Road at Churchill Drive in Sydney blocked off. A traffic light had fallen and broke in the road after the base was hit by a Transit Cape Breton bus. There is another light at the intersection. Christina Lamey from the Cape Breton Regional Municipality said they have been having difficulty replacing traffic lights due to a delay in getting parts needed due to supply chain issues.
