The gay community has received enough notice and success in their causes with public support. Now is the time to give some other worthy cause the limelight.

Would it be so bad if Pride died off?Let's just have a party on church street. Let the activists do their thing on their own dime!

Include not exclude....connect not divide...I don’t agree with Toronto Pride on this and will not attend another parade until they welcome every single person who wishes to be part of it.

Bigots. How is it legal for them to discriminate like this?

I can’t stand these narcissistic, exhibitionist displays. Why can’t the LGBTQ community accept that they won the battle for recognition of legal rights? No need to keep flaunting genitalia.

Pride Toronto Bans Uniformed Officers From ParadeThe relationship between the organization and police has been tense for the last two years. This is ridiculous - let the police, in uniform or not, attend and celebrate Pride. Sad the Toronto police one of the best in the world has to grovel to be in a gay parade, they should never ask again, oh ya and no policing the event they can hire private. People should be able to support their views, but I do kind of agree with the full statement that uniformed ON DUTY officers can’t march. They have their jobs to focus on 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pride Toronto members vote to keep uniformed police officers out of paradeMembers of Pride Toronto have voted against allowing the city's uniformed police officers from participating in this year's parade. And Toronto should vote in favor of cancelling PrideToronto funding, and Toronto police should provide security only if paid at whatever their rate is. They don't have any say in what police officers can or cannot do. More power to the police to keep them in check and protect the community from unsavory elements. fordnation 3 Pride festivals in a row I will NOT be attending
