Now, the lot is being turned into a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home fit with an electric vehicle charger, a home bar and wine storage unit.with about 2,500 square feet of space including a basement. With eight-foot-tall windows peeking from wood panelled sides and a flat roof, Chiappetta said the house’s modern architecture reminded him of homes in warmer climes.
