Court heard that the next month, a local Walmart was targeted and they ripped off more than $1,600 in merchandise. While out on bail in April, he and a co-accused hit another Shoppers and lifted 28 electric toothbrush refills with a value of more than $900.Article content “This kind of behaviour risks to taint or jeopardize the view of the public of legitimate people seeking refugee status and it causes harm to all of those people who really need the refugee program,” the judge said.
