Chapter is the next building at Fraser Mills to be sold by Beedie Living — and the developer's only wood-frame housing complex on the historic Coquitlam site.

A developer constructing a master-planned community on a historic sawmill site in Coquitlam is now selling units for its next building.

Chapter is named to represent the buyers who are either upgrading or downsizing — that is, families or seniors, Rob Fiorvento, Beedie’s managing partner, told the Tri-City News today, May 2. Encore By comparison, Chapter is the only wood-framed housing project at Fraser Mills and will be the most affordable, with 82 units in the northern building and 91 units in the southern building for a total of 173 suites:

Fiorvento said Beedie Living has sold 550 units at Coquitlam’s waterfront community since Début went on the market last year.
