Pot price falls 6.4 per cent to $7.37 a gram, legal and illegal prices down GlobeInvestor

Statistics Canada based these conclusions on price quotes gathered using its StatsCannabis crowdsourcing application between July 1 and Sept. 30, 125 of which were deemed plausible.

globeinvestor Some medical use may be legit but probably no better than other available meds. If there is a profit to be made, Pharma will be on that one! The rest is all nonsense. Just legalize it 100% without restrictions and the illegal market will be ... presto ... gone.

globeinvestor I find that very hard to believe given the lowest price that can be found in almost all legal markets is approx $9/gram

globeinvestor Lucky the illegal market, with cheaper prices exists to lower the average for the failed legal market. The gov't should have collected taxes...that is all...let the market sort the rest out. Maybe the end game of putting the illegals out of business would have been accomplished.
