The five other deaths occurred in an unspecified time before the current Jan. 24 to Jan. 30 reporting period, according to the regular Thursday update of the province’s COVID-19 online dashboard.The new deaths bring the total during the pandemic in Nova Scotia to 726, including 614 since the Omicron waves began in December 2021.As of Jan. 31, there were 41 people in hospital, including four in ICU.
