Police were asking people on Quadra and Cortez islands on Thursday to keep an eye out for two missing teenage girls from Campbell River and for any signs of a camp or a recently used campsite.

“What we are trying to do is narrow down the area so we can utilize those larger things like search organizations,” said Tyre.
