Just before 10 p.m. on March 31, Delta police were called to a home in the 1300-block Tsawwassen Drive for the report of possible shots fired.
Delta police said the suspect dropped the rifle, which was jammed, but refused to comply with orders. Officers then used a Taser to get the man into custody and the home was cleared.
