The man was seen exiting the streetcar and walking southbound on Victoria Street.
The suspect is described as a white 35-year-old man with a slim build wearing a black baseball cap, which may be covering a bald head. He was seen sporting black pants and a long black jacket. He was wearing glasses and a backpack, police say.
I watched the man throw a woma off the streetcar, to which 2 other guys jumped.on him to pull the man off. He then proceeded to taunt bua riders , say 'hey pretty girl' multiple timea to the woman he pulled off. To finish off he spit people at the door of the bus
Perhaps just plain bad government decisions!
After ine month of police presence without results, maybe we can start to speak seriously about the issue.
