Absolutely ridiculous...Since they realize that the plane capacity is not conducive to the amount of passengers, how about sending larger plane and not these small archaic looking toy plane that they use. They have reduced the flight days and now this. This feels targeted!!!!

Example: Holy EFF!! The whole 'unclaimed luggage' concept is ridiculous. Never heard of anyone just walking away from airport without 1) picking up luggage or 2) filling claim for luggage misplaced by airline. TV report even said that name tags were visible on suitcases so airline has 0 excuse. 🤬
