Emma's Acres helps crime victims — one squash at a time.

Emma’s Acres farm manager Craig Crick in the farm’s greenhouse in Mission. The farm is run by former prisoners and depends on grants from the Correctional Service of Canada. The produce grown at the farm is sold at local farmers markets with the proceeds going to help victims of crime.The non-profit farm employs several former prisoners, with many more involved as volunteers, including several people who are serving conditional sentences in the community.
