A figure pack of popular Disney characters manufactured by Mattel is being recalled due to a potential choking hazard.
The figure pack can be identified by the model number HPJ88, which can be found on the base of the Goofy figure. No reports of product detachments or injuries have been received in Canada as of today, but Mattel received three reports of heads detaching from the figures in the U.S. No injuries have been reported.
